Leighton Buzzard is a town in the southern English county of Bedfordshire, located between the regional hubs of Milton Keynes and Luton. The town lies on the fringes of the Chiltern Hills AONB.
The Leighton Buzzard Light Railway was built after WWI to serve sand quarries across the area.
