It was a super easy process, great to know that the flowers came from a local independent supplier, and had a good range of prices. The only thing I would say was not so good was that the flower was arranged in exactly the same way as the picture, and there were some lower quality flowers/less roses than the image suggested

Bideford was the landing point of Sir Walter Raleigh and his first shipment of the tobacco plant. The port has long been used for importing goods and building powerful ships, and has nearby the only town in the UK to feature an exclamation mark as an official character of its name. The town, Westward Ho! was named after the book of the same name by local writer Charles Kingsley. The unique pigment found in the surrounding area of Bideford, called Bideford Black, was used in World War Two as camouflage paint, and is now used in Max Factor mascara!

The Primrose (Primula Vulgaris) is the County flower of Bideford, and is one of the first flowers to bloom when spring hits. These delicately scented blooms are tiny in size and often show pale yellow, pink, and white petals. Primroses can grow in a variety of conditions, allowing them to grow almost all over the world – in countries such as Turkey, Germany, Portugal, and Algeria.
