While sunflowers are strong and long-lasting, they’re also easy to care for. To ensure that your sunflowers last for as long as possible, they’re shipped as buds and will bloom 2-3 days after delivery. Your sunflowers will arrive with BloomsyBox food to ensure they last even longer. This bouquet of sunflowers is far fresher than what you might find at your local flower shop. How to care for your flowers

  • Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.

  • Fill 2/3 of vase with water.

  • Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.

  • Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.

  • Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.

  • Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.

  • Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
