Description

Meet our sedum Tortoise. Another member of our sedum topiary critter collection. Moss filled frames are planted with a variety of hardy succulents. All the plants are well rooted and will continue to fill out the surface. Easy to care for. -Recommended for outside areas, in a sunny spot. -Water the topiary from the top so that the sculpture is drenched through. Allow the moss to dry out before watering again. -Prune regularly as the plants grow. They may become leggy, so cut them back and insert the cuttings into gaps, or use them to create a new topiary or potted arrangement. -Protect your topiary in rough or cold weather. If your area gets frost, shelter the topiary indoors or in a greenhouse.

How to care for your plants

  • Delivered via overnight courier, safely packed and wrapped upright in a box.

  • Your plant’s pot should have holes in the bottom so it is able to drain water easily.

  • If reusing a pot that had other plants in it, it is recommended you wash the pot, killing any mould or bacteria.

  • Do not over water your plant as the roots will rot.

  • Most plants need to be kept by a good source of natural light.

  • You should fertilise your plant every two months. You can use all purpose fertiliser.

  • Any dead or fallen leaves should be removed to prevent bacteria and mould. Dead branches should also be removed.
