Description

”Deck the halls with Kokedama.. fa la la la laaa” Kokedama is a traditional Japanese form of bonsai in which plants are transformed into living sculptural art pieces -- simply translated, kokedama means "moss ball". If you would rather not string up a hanging garden in your home, display kokedama on altar-like stands and arrange in artistic groupings. Either way, the results are extraordinarily appealing. Moss ball diameter measures approx 15cm. Plant measures approx. 40cm tall. *Please bear in mind, each plant is a unique individual with its own quirky character and looks.

How to care for your plants

  • Delivered via overnight courier, safely packed and wrapped upright in a box.

  • Your plant’s pot should have holes in the bottom so it is able to drain water easily.

  • If reusing a pot that had other plants in it, it is recommended you wash the pot, killing any mould or bacteria.

  • Do not over water your plant as the roots will rot.

  • Most plants need to be kept by a good source of natural light.

  • You should fertilise your plant every two months. You can use all purpose fertiliser.

  • Any dead or fallen leaves should be removed to prevent bacteria and mould. Dead branches should also be removed.
