Exactly the bouquet I asked for , arrived on time too.

Good communication and flowers came within the timeframe given. Little thing though would be nice to have a bit less latency + more detail in the order tracking session e.g. I ordered 2 bouquets. 1 was delivered but still said it was being worked on the other took longer but i couldn't seen any up to date info

Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
