I have placed about 20 orders with Floom over the last few years and have always been pleased with the high quality of their flowers and arrangements. In addition, customer service is very attentive and easy to deal with. I highly recommend Floom and will continue to use them.
Screw up the order. Hound you for social media reviews and don't address your complaints. A perfect lesson as to why AI isn't the solution, yet. Don't use would be my honest advice

Needed a delivery on sunday for my nieces birthday and it arrived on time and the flowers were same as shown on the photo. Thanks
I ordered online from Canada for next-day delivery to my friend in the UK. The flowers were delivered the next day and are gorgeous. A week later they are still fresh and being enjoyed by my friend and her family.

Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

12 Long Stem Red Roses and Gypsophila Bouquet Surprise someone special with our handtied arrangement. Perfect to celebrate a birthday, an anniversary or just to show someone how much they mean to you. This bouquet has been arranged and presented beautiful by a member of our floristry team. This contains: Red Roses, Gypsophilia, Buplerum and Eucalyptus. Some flowers may still be in bud when they arrive which means they are yet to bloom, as shown above. This is so the flowers will have maximum flowering time in your home. Please note that on occasion, some flowers may be unavailable due to seasonal variation. If this happens, we will replace with a suitable alternative. Flower Care: The first step is to get a clean vase and fill it halfway with tap water. Next, Add the flower food to the water and gently mix it in. Trim 2-3cm off the stems at a 45-degree angle. Then, remove leaves that fall below the water level. Repeat these steps every 2-3 days.
