The flowers were lovely. The customer service was perfect. Delivery we had a bit of a hiccup and they did not get delivered on the day that I requested but they were delivered the next day.

Very easy to use and a very good selection of flowers, haven't actually seen the bouquet myself though so hopefully lives up to expectations.
The flowers were ordered at 10 am and arrived from an artisan florist at around 2 pm on the same day. The bouquet was beautiful, well appreciated, and remains, several days later, looking just as good as when it arrived. I have never used Floom before but I most certainly will be using the service again every time I need quality flowers. This is simply excellent service, offering reasonable prices, excellent service and a very, very high quality product.

Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

A simple but exquisite arrangement of the best pastel Syringa. Simply wrapped with paper and tied with a bow.
