Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
All great, but I was expecting roses as on the web photo - white with the pink on the top, but received almost entirely red roses.One of yhe roses was in bad shape. Rest was all great. Thank you

Great service. A little expensive but that’s ok. I wish you had options with lesser flowers so I could buy more frequently
What can I say? ...it certainly wasn't cheap. But I needed to send two bouquets of flowers to people in London while I was in New York. SAME DAY. I got on Floom, ordered [from Gardenia of London], and two gorgeous bouquets were delivered in less than 90 minutes!!!! Five stars.
My family has now used Floom several times and been impressed each time. We have so few options from USA to send to UK now, we were so happy to find Floom. Thank you.
It's odd writing this review - for two reasons. First, the flowers that were scheduled to be delivered this past Saturday have still NOT YET been delivered today - Tuesday. And- of course- the flowers were a gift to my daughter on the occassion of her first Mother's Day. The second reason it seems odd to bother taking the time to write this review is that- the motivation is a discount on my next purchase [on Floom], yet after this experience, it is unlikely I will ever use Floom again.
Flowers were beautiful, delivered on time and left in a safe place as requested with a photo image provided to prove delivery. Thanks!
