The flowers I ordered were beautifully arranged and delivered promptly
I. placed my order on-line (from abroad) for a next-day delivery just before midnight. It duly arrived at 1 p.m. in perfect condition. It was greatly. appreciated by my daughter. I had originally tried. sending via 'Interflora', filling in a lengthy online form only to be refused payment three times in a row! Never again! From now on I will use Floom.
The flowers were fantastic but unfortunately came with no instructions for care. This meant we left them in the decorative bag for too long (roughly 48 hours) before transferring them to a vase. There could have been a small card attached giving some basic information and instructions. Disappointing.

All very straightforward and easy to select from available local options within the necessary timeframe (in this case, next day).
I shipped from the USA to a friend who was visiting London. First time doing this and Floom made it super easy. My friend had them upon arrival. I ordered the day prior. It was perfectly timed, simple process, and the arrangement was stunning. Thank you!!

Beautiful Bouquets. Same Day Delivery!
Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
