Ordered some flowers from Floom and the process was very easy. Come to find out the florist was closed. Decided to just use local florist instead of Floom.

L'ordine non è mai arrivato, ho provato a contattare il servizio clienti che ha provato a mettersi in contatto con il fiorista senza successo. Ho scelto questo servizio anche se costava un po' di più, perché diceva di effettuare la consegna il giorno dopo ma non sono Stati rispettati i termini!

The birthday girl was very pleased with the beautiful flowers! Easy ordering service, and was kept up to date with the status of delivery. Only thing to improve would be delivery on a Sunday. Thank you!

First time I've ever used Floom, and i wanted to send flowers to welcome a new baby, a lovely peony display. they arrived to the address and I was notified of delivery by text, the flowers looked amazing, and I can't wait to see them and the new baby, I will definetly recommend Floom, and use them again.

Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
