Completely wrong flower arrangement compared to what was ordered on the website. Having complained I was offered a pathetic 15% off my next order..... Which there won't be after this experience.
Delivery email was a lie, no response from customer services yet (over 24 hours but it was supposed to be for valentine's day so I guess they're busy) but I was foolishly asked to write this review. So far my experience with Floom involved paying them £50 for an email.

Clean your vase to preventĀ bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase withĀ water.
Remove any leaves under water to preventĀ bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every fewĀ days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up whenĀ needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripeningĀ fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mouldĀ (Botrytis).
