I was particularly flustered and lacking in time as I was trying to procure flowers for someone on short notice, and after scouring independent flowershop websites for far longer than I should have, I realised Floom was able to filter all results and conveniences within the locale I needed. It was a lifesaver! All the search options and ease of use are excellent.

The plant I ordered looked very healthy and came in a lovely pot, neither of which I necessarily expected! The icing on the cake for me was that the note I added for the recipient was handwritten on the card and it was in my first language, not English, so they did an excellent job writing it all down without understanding any of it!

Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.

Fill 2/3 of vase with water.

Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.

Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.

Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.

Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.

Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

You may as well! 2 dozen of red roses! Of course I love you!

I ordered a bunch of mimosa (not cheap) for a friends birthday as she loves that flower. All seemed fine until I got a message on the day of her birthday to say that the florist swapped it to a bunch of tulips. My friend hates tulips! Really disappointing as I wouldn’t have chosen those.
