The flowers which arrived did not look like the flowers in the picture on the website. I am embarrassed at the poor quality which arrived. The recipient has a birthday coming up. Unfortunately I won’t be using your website to order flowers to send.

I chose Floom as I wanted flowers delivered for my wife’s 70th birthday which was on 1st January. Floom website was one of the few companies that had an option for delivery on New Years Day. I contacted them a couple of days before to check and they informed me unfortunately this was incorrect and they don’t deliver on New Years Day. They did arrange for the day before and were helpful with that but I think they need to update the website as this was the main reason for choosing Floom.

The flowers were beautiful however they did not arrive on time despite paying extra for delivery on the expected day and the glass vase was broken when I picked up the flowers. Unfortunate.

Thank you. I was called to make a different selection as my original choice was not available. this call assumed I knew what the new choices looked like. I don't know how this could be improveds. Maybe byending images via WhatsApp before calling???
