I was quite happy with the flowers as the recipient sent me a picture of it. However, i was disappointed with the service. Even though I had requested an earlier delivery as possible, it only arrived in the evening at close to end of your delivery day. I am very disappointed with this as it was the recipient’s special birthday and most of the day was gone for her to enjoy it. Luckily she received it before she went out for dinner and away for the weekend. I had ordered it 2 days ahead and contemplated whether to deliver one day ahead but then it is not on her birthday. Not very happy with the service is the answer.

Dreadful service. I ordered for my wife's 50th Birthday. The flowers did not arrive. I contacted the online custiomer service and they promised to contact the florist and e mail me back. They didn't bother. I attempted to contact customer service again but the system said it was busy and wouldn't let me back in. The flowers eveutually arrived very late.

The overall customer service of the company is great . Very easy to place an order every time confirmation for delivery is send to me. Whenever I call to ask about delivery time the people are always police and nice and give me the best answers.

Great service from the florist I ordered from- my gift for my friend arrived on time and in great condition. I really appreciated them also providing a handwritten note with my gift message. The Floom site is so easy to use. Will definitely be using this again!

Floom has accepted my order for 2 Jan-22 delivery of a birthday bouquet, only for me to receive the following message "You have ordered flowers for the 2nd of January. Unfortunately, we are closed on that day, it must have been an error in the system to let it go through. I have ordered new flowers and we will deliver them on 3rd Thursday.... Lilac and Bloom" I am grateful for Elena from Lilac and Bloom for showing initiative but Floom has let me down!

The delivery was quick but the flower bouquet doesn’t look the same as in the picture. There wasn’t a lot of flowers and the colour was completely different. Very disappointed as it wasn’t cheap.
