I ordered an arrangement to be delivered for my daughters birthday. i ordered the day before as suggested on the website. i received an e-mail suggesting the order had been cancelled and that my money would be refunded. it was not from Floom and I thought it was a scam. the flowers never arrived and a follow up email resulted in a phone call from which it was decided that the order was indeed cancelled and my money would return in a number of days. my request by email later to fill an alternative order instead of the refund was not possible - all very disappointing.

Wonderful service ! I love the flower selection and especially the fact they do flower deliveries on the same day. The customer service is also super. Definitely 5/5
