My wife love her anniversary flowers especially as she loves Tulips and it’s really hard to get them this time of year.

Floom was easy to order from but I wish I knew what was actually delivered. I have no idea. I sent a plant as condolences to the parents of a friend. I don't know them well. They're not exactly going to snap a photo and send that to me.

Floom made it easy ordering from Nigeria. It's not my first time, and I didn't have to worry about the delivery. I highly recommend.

Ordered for next day delivery and was told on the day that the order could not be completed. However the full refund was processed immediately which was good so I just phoned a local florist and ordered for same day delivery. Should have done that in the first place!

For my latest purchase -- I was let down by the quality of the flowers (for the price), and the balloon I ordered was not only incorrect but also deflated :( I have been a loyal customer for years, and have never been disappointed until now. All I received was a refund for the balloon, and I do not think that makes up for the inconvenience at all.

I loved the flowers - they arrived quickly, in excellent condition and beautifully arranged so my mum just had to take them out of the box and pop them straight in a vase!
