Flowers were replaced as the one I ordered weren’t available. While I understand that, they didn’t offer to cancel the order or discount or any kind of apology, just an email confronting me with this information. As a result, I didn’t like the replacement and would prefer this order to be cancelled.

The flowers were updated without extra charge since they didn’t have the type of roses from the pics. Although i loved the new roses the bouquet didn’t have any of the accent flowers on the pic making it just a bouquet of roses. They were pretty but not what I thought my loved one was going to get.
