I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday choosing same day delivery and paying extra for that. I expected the flowers to be delivered before 6.00 p.m as specified in Flooms page. Flowers were delivered at 9 00 p.m which I consider very late. The bouquette though was very nice and fresh.

Floom was easy to use, had a lot of choice (including some relatively inexpensive items), and it was no problem for the flowers to be delivered when I needed them the next day. A great experience.

Needed flowers for the death anniversary of one year for my mums brother at the last minute to put in the house. She was floored and very touched and they were beautiful. Roses often arrive in a terrible state so it was nice that they arrived intact and fresh. Definitely will use again x

Flowers arrived same day (very late in the evening) but the roses were visibly past their prime, shrivelled edges and they never opened. Considering the price I'd think twice before doing it again.

I placed an order on 14th Feb 2022 at 5.41am for same day delivery at postal code W71QQ London bearing an order no. b84d2b2. However the delivery could not be made. I have requested the refind since the payment was made through credit card and no refund has yet been made. So i am very dissappointed with the services.
