I placed my order late at night for next-day delivery and the flowers arrived in excellent condition and as per my kind request to have them reach before 3pm! I'm very impressed with the quality of the flowers (which looked almost identical to the advert) and the excellent service. Would highly recommend!

3 hours late on the delivery. Busy day, but if you say 10 AM to 6 PM, 9 PM is unacceptable. No apology, no refund.

Very happy with my purchase. I was trying to match the flowers to my friends kitchen colours. So it was important to me that the bouquet was exactly like the website picture. It was, so I am relieved. Flowers were fresh and beautiful.

After changing devises (phone to laptop) I finally finished my order, on the fourth try. I think the error notice was due to my delay in filling in the information required. All my frustrations dissolved when I received a photo of my happy friend with her birthday flowers and champagne! The bouquet was as gorgeous in the photo as it looked online!!
