It was disappointing as I sent it as a gift; there was no card added, and also no vase and that was how they were supposed to be delivered. So the recipient didn't know who they were from and had to find a vase...

Just terrible service and customer support. Flowers were delivered after the promised 6pm, meaning the recipient did not receive them until the next day, so the occasion was completely missed. Very disappointing. Customer service refunded the delivery fee, but I wish I had just never placed the order in the first place.

They delivered a different item but appreciate the commitment to get the delivery done on valentine's. Only ordered from them since website promised same day delivery. Even though different bouqet arrived it did arrive same day which I think is acceptable on such a busy day.

Very disappointed with this company and would not recommend it to anyone. No commitment, no communication and late with all deliveries, not to mention the comments I wrote to place with the orders. It was only because my usual suppliers couldn’t deliver on a Sunday that I chose this company and also I should have read the reviews before placing the orders. My advice is look elsewhere!!!!!!

Ordering the flowered online was easy enough, but I ordered a week before my mums birthday, to be delivered on her birthday (a Wednesday) and they were delivered a day later. That was disappointing, I live in California and my mum in England so I really wanted her flowers to be there on time.

Paid for same day delivery and did not get it. Very disappointing.

I did not see the flowers personally but my mother was delighted with them, so you chose them well. If I had to fault you, it would be that the flowers arrived on the day but rather late in the day. As such occasions are birthdays, it is pleasanter for the recipient to receive flowers earlier rather than later in the day.

The real flowers are very different from the picture on the website, very misleading, very disappointed.
