According to the founder of Hidden Floral, “the natural beauty of flowers speaks to everyone, the vibrant colors, shapes and fantastic scents radiate positive energy which makes people smile” – we couldn’t agree more. Located on Sepulveda Boulevard in Torance, Hidden Floral delivers unique, creative botanical masterpieces to the people of Los Angeles and the South Bay area.
Anita grew her first flower garden at the tender age of four and has quite literally been a budding florist since. “I planted lots of gladiolus which was one of my grandma’s favorite flowers, then later when I turned 13 our family friend started teaching me floral design.” By the age of 20, Anita had complete a degree in flower design in her native Hungary, and now – with a wealth of experience in the field – she crafts bespoke creations from flowers sourced from Los Angeles’ flower markets, a local Ecuadorian wholesaler, and Flowerlink in the Torrance area.
Describing her mode of floristry as, “garden style with a contemporary twist”, it’s clear that Anita’s European heritage has a huge influence on her work. “For me, flower design is an art. I like to be creative and I enjoy making new unique designs. This is how I speak to the world,” explains Anita. “Singers sing, writers write, I create flower bouquet and arrangements.”
