Ohana Designs provide all aspects for floristry from corporate events and weddings to enchanting floral installations and experiences.
Located in Bristol, Ohana Designs was established in 2016 by floral enthusiast and dog lover, Phil Eccles; his French bulldog Milo, can often be found helping him in the workshop.
Ever since he was a young lad, helping his Gran in her garden and accompanying her to local flower shows, Phil has always had a keen interest in all things floral. That developed into a deep passion and when he left school Phil studied and qualified in horticulture and was taught flower arranging during his time working at Marks & Spencer.
Phil’s vision is to provide exquisite floral arrangements for all occasions, large or small; whether you’re treating someone you love or as a gift to yourself.
Phil prides himself on making sure he uses the freshest, most beautiful seasonal blooms and foliages to create his stunning bouquets in a rustic style.
Phil encourages his customers to tell him exactly what they want so that he can make a truly personal bouquet, that is unique to them. He believes that flowers are a very emotional and personal product as they always bring joy in all its forms; from celebration and love to sympathy and remembrance.
When it comes to the environment Phil is very conscious of doing his bit; all the green waste is composted, and he uses no cellophane in his bouquets. The bouquets are finished in Kraft paper and raffia, and his range of aqua gifts use glass containers; with a passion for creating unique, one-off pieces, Phil will often source vintage glass or chinaware. Arrangements are set in either foam free or biodegradable foam.
Customers are at the heart of the service offered by Ohana Designs; whether it’s a small bouquet or a complete wedding, Phil makes sure he gives his customers the best experience possible.
